Can an equitable mortgage be the subject matter of any arbitration proceedings?

if the mortgage deed has a stipulation then you can go for arbitration

Dear Shashwat, Now a new provision has been incorporated in C.P.C that is "Mediation" which is nothing but arbitration. So equitable Mortgage will come under the perviw of arbitration.
