Sir I was born on 17-9-96 ...whats my age Now? Whether 21 is running OR 21 completed?

Is it a legal query? The members of LCI are not tutors. however you have completed the age of 21 years.

Your correct age as on 06th May is 21 years, 07 months and 19 days, therefore it can be deemed that you are into twenty second year of your age.
