Hello Experts,

How can we get details of Employee of Missionary Schools.Does Missionary Schools and details of their Employee falls under RTI. If not then what is the way

Details like- Name, Fathers Name, Date of Birth,Date of Joining,Date of Leaving.PF Acc no and Deatils, Salary etc.

If any suit is pending then you can summon its staff for giving evidence for these information.

dear, first of all as burman sir told this institution in not covered directly under RTI act.even though if any institution covers these information are personal in nature and may be denied by public information officer.method told you by Burman ji could help you.You may file RTI with the Govt. institution/ministry under which this missionary school is running say education ministry of state/ India. Education Board under whom they got authenticity for providing certificates.
