Can electricity connection and bills be produced to prove the possession?

Whether based on the certificate from Electricity board that connection was given is sufficient to prove the possession?

electricity bills are one of the piece of evidence by we can prove possession. they can be produced to prove possession. sufficiency is depending on the facts of the each case.

Having ONLY electricity bills is not enough to prove physical possession.
