effect of ESI and PF

1. what is the effect of the ESI and PF amended notification.

2. and what happend to the person who already getting the salary above 6500

3. what happend to the persons who is already getting the salry above 6500 and they have been already getting ESI, PF facilities,

please sir, elaborate

1. The deduction and contribution shall increase and its applicability shall cover some more employees.

2. It shall depend upon the management to enlarge this facility for such person or not.

3. Such facility shall continue but benefit shall be limited to maximum permitted limit.
