make a partnership dead, go to ROC of your state, and apply.

Rahul, the learned expert Dr. Harrit Jani has erred in stating ROC, which is an authority in case of Companies. However as mentioned by you, it seems that you are having a Partnership Firm conducting Consultanccy business; therefore you have to approah Registrar of Firms who is duty bound to register Firms formed under the provisions of Indian Partnership Act, 1932 on an application been made in prescribed Form i.e. FORM 'A' duly signed by all the Partners thereto and attested by Notary Public along with two sets of Partnership Deed translated in the Local language understood by that region....
