In E1 Sales
1. Should the first invoice (i.e)invoice of the original seller must contain a word as E1 Sale anywhere? Whether the delivery address in this invoice must be first buyers address or the subsequent buyer address?
2. Can the first buyer raise invoice to his subsequent buyer with his profit or the value should be the same as original invoice?

The original invoice should contain only the name and address of the original purchaser. It should not contain any information, name and address of the subsequent purchaser. There should not be any mention about E-1 sales on the invoice. The first buyer should endorse the GR in favour of the subsequent buyer, WHILE THE GOODS ARE IN TRANSIT. The original buyer should issue commercial invoice including his profit.
