Dear prem kumar sir, in civil cases, parties can be rep by others. But in criminal cases respondents or accused can't be rep by next friends or keens.. So court will not accept his rep agent to proceed the case. Don't worry sir. Court will bring him to answer the charges.

Just a logical question. If that case got conviction mean who will go to court. The husband or brother of the husband. So don't worry about it.
