DV case after 7 month of seperation possible.
she has already mention in 498a i slapped her once.

yes,
application under dv act can be file!
but after seven months delay and 498a has filed and the case is under trial , tough to run the case in the right way! as first
DV case is filed instently, & then 498a laudge.
at the end of the day suggest that no effect become filing dv case at this stage!
