WHEN GIVING AND TAKING OF DOWERY IS AN OFFENCEWHY NOT ON ADMISSION SUCH ILLEGAL ACT LEGALISES IN RETURNING?
WHY NOT SUCH DOWERY CONFISCATE BY THE STATE?

Excellent Mr.Babu. Nice and wonderful idea. If that is made the law,it would reduce the dowry menace considerably,if not fully.

Excellent idea. We never thought about it before. BTW, the funny part is that many Police Station delaing with Dowry related exchange of articles donot even have proper 'maalkhana / toshkhana' which may be the reason your excellent idea is dormant, but we can try implementing the idea.
