What is the meaning of DTCP Approval

1. While providing Approval , whether DTCP will insist for Good Roads , Drinking Water facilities - for any ventures

2. What are the mandatory points required for DTCP Layout approval ??
3. Covered Car Parking in the ground floor is permitted by Chennai Tamilnadu government ?

Dear author, you cannot get all the details that are required to be complied to get DTCP approval. It is better download the form meant for it or visit the office in person and get the list of requirement to be complied with it for getting the Town and country planning department's approval.
