Iam a muslim sister, married for the last one year. My husband under the influence of his mother, harasses me and scolds me and abuse me. i am very much afraid and what is the solution for my problem. But i dont want to loose my husband at any cost, because he is having a soft corner towards me, due to his mothers influence he mis treats me.

please so me a good solution for my problem

Hi,

do one thing you may go separate home for some period, b,cas newly married so it will happend all the married life. you can complaint as per legally take action against her, do before thing once

In a similar matter which came before me I advised my client to convince her husband to live seperately. Seperation brought about relief to her. In laws also became more affectionate to her and her children.
