Hi

If wife file false domestic violence case in court and if court order to pay maintenance, after that if I leave job by saying I am not keeping well due to mental harrasment then what will court do?

What kind of punishment court will give?

Court will send you to jal for not complying with the order of the court by providing maintenance to your wife.

You can not frustrate a judicial order. You have to face consequences for the same.

under domestic violence act, the court may impose additional fine of Rs.25,000 if you are not obeying the court order.

Mr Anand, have some respect for the professionals here. If you are convinced that your wife is filing a false case then contest it and prove it to be false. Rather than foolishly trying to be street smart and leave your job.
By the way if you do leave your job and you can convince the court that it is for a valid reason; then, you may claim maintenance from your wife ;)
