Divorce by Shariat without Husband consent

Sir/Madam,
I have filed RCR in Madras high Court during March 2011 and hearing is on 31 May 2011. In between my wife parents approach Shariat people and tries to get Divorce without my consent and in my absense, espeacially when the matter is in court waiting for hearing.
Thou this type of divorce in absence of husband is accepted in Islam Shariat. My query is, after filing RCR in court, the divorce thro Shariat without my consent and absent is valid or not? because I'm waiting for hearing date and my wife parents has returned the court summon with reason of No such person.
Please help its urgent.

If the Govt recognized Quazi grants Talaqnam after due compliance of Sharia Law in India that would be very much valid.
To prevent that you may ask for injunction in the court where the RCR is pending.

Sir,
Thanks for your kind reply. The particular town Jamaath is involved in the matter and they are solve responsible to issue marriage permission slip etc., and in this matter, they are going to issue the divorce and not the govt appointed Quazi.
My parents are forced to bow down because the Jamaath are keeping my sister marriage permission slip pending with this reason of my matter, even thou after informing them that the matter has been taken to court.
When I clearly refused them saying, I have taken this matter to court and I won't divorce my wife. They bring my sister marriage in between and still the date has been not given for marriage.
This is the real matter.
