Hi All,
My divorce case is under progress.
And currently my wife's (Respondent)'s cross examination is completed in front of the counsellor and no further evidences are there.
Following are my queries:
1. My(Petitioner) cross examination was not done as the Respondent was absent. So is there a chance that my cross examination will be recalled.
2. However, My Dad's cross examination was done without any issues. Will there be a cross examination again for him as well.
3. What will the next activity ?
like after cross examination, argument and decision.
Thanks and Regards,
Kiran

1. There are chances of recalling you for cross examination.
2. Your dad will not be again cross examined in the case.
Arguments and judgment will follow the end of examinations.
Best of luck....

I do agree with krishana and further suggest you to believe upon your counsel and ask these question from him as he has your file and he can reply in a better manner than all of us.

1. If they file application to recall you for cross examination, then you need to give evidence.
2. In case, even after your cross examination over, if there is necessity to recall your father for some questions, they have to state the reason and file application to recall your dad.
3. After your cross is over, they have to argue the case and then you. Then Judgment
