Distributions of assests.

My father had a demat account with me as second holder and my wife as third holder.

In his will, he had distributed his stocks as 40 % to me and my wife and 10 % to my 2 minor kids.

How do i do the transfer.

on death of your father demat account will have to be closed . open a fresh demat account in name of the beneficiaries .
