Distribution of father property

Sir,
can i get my father property? My father has married 2nd time. Now my father does not want to give any property. I have 2 brother and 4 sister from 1st mother which is not alive and 1 sister from 2nd mother. please suggest me. i will great thankful for your suggestion.

None can claim against the self acquired property of your father. Your father is master of his desire with regard to that property but he can do nothing about ancestral property. Even if your father makes any will or dispose off that ancestral property, the same shall be set aside if either of you enter before the court and the same shall be distributed to all siblings in equal shares.
