Your step mother is not entitled to any legal right to the property,. File a suit for partition and due allotment of your share against your brothers and other members of your family also seeking interim stay of taking any loans on their/your brothers' part in an appropriate civil court. If your mother agrees/consents to distribution of the said property to your step mother and her children as well get in to a family settlement as per law and it should be duly recorded by court/District or otherwise. If you wish to thank me for this reply please click the thank you button on my profile.

You can take a stay for taking loan on or disposing off any property in which your share exists and file a suit for partition. Contact local lawyer and show him all the documents.

It is against the policy of the site and even Advocates Act, 1961 to lure the querists to contact the expert directly or indirectly which unfortunately is being seen here.
It si expected to provide only advice to the author instead of telling him to contact himself or herself.
Anyway, moral values are reducing day by day even in legal fraternity.
