hi, i am a final year LL.M. student.so i have chosen merger and acquisition as my dissertation topic. i am mostly done with my topic but i am unable to find any case laws on merger and acquisition.can anyone help with the case laws? i have to give the case laws on this topic. while searching for the case laws, i found the mergers between the companies not the case laws.give me the names of cases i will find the details.plz help with it.that would be very helpful.
