disowning

my father has a house in his name i am living there with my wife and 4 years daughter from last 10 years
now my father disowned me from the property and throwing us out from the house
in past we have ancestral property which my father sold and made this house at his name
i can do anything 2 save my self or not
or i have to leave the house as he disowned me and my family

actually he wants 2 sale the house as he wants go back 2 USA he is NRI this is the only main reason

Dear Wahi,

Its unbelievable, you are his only son and still he wants to disown you to go back to the US. Further, you claim that your father sold the ansectral property to purchase this house, how many years back was it and were you a major or minor at that time.
