Since vast areas are needed to be covered, it is better to refer to a 'conveyancing book'. Basically the interests of both the parties, ie., Land Owner and Builder/Developer is to be looked into. According to the requirements (Owner or Developer), penal provisions are to be included. It is prudent to include Arbitration Clause also.
