Dear sir, my wife order a loreal shampoo product online through flipkart after a month of received of products when my wife use the shampoo it looks like not genuine product even lead of the shampoo bottel was also broken. So i write a mail to consumer care of loreal company. Loreal company reply that they never sold loreal product online even after batch reference analysis they come to know that product is not match with their record and they replied that product is spurious. Kindly advice what action i can took

As pointed out the consumer must be vigilant.
Flipkart is ready to resend the product or refund the money as its policy and practice.
So here the failure is on the part of the consumer. The consumer in this regard has not used the alternate course of action to redress his grievance.

Thanks all of you for your advice and Kamakshiji 1 month laps due to we have already a one shampoo bottel in use and as a prudent personality you first use a formal bottel and then use the new one.... o

You can move to the District Consumers Dispute Redressal Forum where local delivery/agency of flipkart is there and implead the producer (Loreal) for selling defective/spurious material. It is not the question of amount/ price paid as suggested by expert Ms. Kamakshi. Since the shampoo was used and found within one year from the date of delivery you are well within limitation to file consumer complaint, it is maintainable.
