Hello All,
A fabricated cases are filed on us on the support of one white collar lady and Police commissioner.
Already my ten lawyers are got managed.
We are desperately looking ahead to get the Justice by implementing the LAW.
For the same, looking for Professional criminal law expert lawyer who is loyal, honest, trustworthy, who follows the ethics, committed and timely result oriented, who practices in Pune and Mumbai.
Requesting to recommend the lawyer having above qualities, if confident.

we refuse to belive that 10 defence lawyers can be managed . you should never make any allegations agaoinst lawyers unless you have solid evidence .
if lawyers have been guilty of professional misconduct have you complained to bar council against them ?

Thanks for the reply.
I can prove that the hired lawyers are not handling my cases properly, I have certificate from sosson hospital,pune for attempting to murder my father, but police had avoided to file FIR and case on actual criminals. Also my hired lawyers not filed any private cases on actual criminals till date.
Question is then why my hired lawyers failing to file Pvt. case on real criminals???
Actually Police commissioner had misused his powers and had done crime, to save him, home minister is also supporting him.
Any lawyer dares to implement the law and there to give Justice to us???

i don't know what happend with your lawyers but if police has not registered the case file a simple application before the state human rights commission seeking a direction to the SP concerned to register a case and investigate your case And no lawyer is necessary to do so.

There's no denying the fact that professional ethics have really taken a hit in the recent times, colluding with the opposite party is the misconduct of highest order, if you can substantiate your allegations approach the State Bar Council. But all the lawyers are not like that, Since you are in Mumbai, there are a couple of highly competent lawyers from your jurisdiction on this forum itself. You can talk to Mr.Sethi he can guide you well.

Professional ethics,honesty,sinceriety towards profession have vanished in all the fields today in this great country of a great heritage.Selfishness,greed for money is the word of the day in all disciplines.Taking a critical view of my colleagues around the country not to play with the lives of the clients.They come to us in anticipation of proper justice.We are the intermediaries between the client and the court,and it is our bonded duty to provide justice to them to the best of our knowledge and ability.There are other ways and means to earn or grab money.BUT PLEASE DO JUSTICE TO YOUR CLIENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE FEEDING US.WE ARE NOT THERE FOR THE CLIENTS,BUT THE CLIENT IS THERE FOR US.SORRY IF I AM HURTING ANYBODY.

The whole problem which is rarely appreciated is that the LEGAL profession has to face all the ills of the system.
It is can not be believed that all have been managed.

Thanks for the reply and suggestions.
Thankful to Adv. Bharat Chugh and Adv. Sainath Devalla who has understood the case and given perfect comments and advice and shared the real facts.
I had given complaints to -
Human Rights Pune,
Maharashtra Human Rights, Mumbai,
National Human Rights, Delhi(Personally)
To Prime Minister
Chief Justice, High Court, Mumbai.
Chief Justice, Supreme Court,Delhi.
Filed twice WRIT petition in the High Court, Mumbai, but got disposed as no follow up by lawyers.
Even tried to meet personally to home minister and given complaints, his PA threatened me.
As per our experience, my hired lawyers just taken fees, but didn't provided proper services. May be its my bad luck that I came across money minded lawyers, and not the one who is there to implement the law, who is there to give Justice to his/her clients.
We deeply in search of the perfect lawyer who can implement the law and give us Justice.
Is there any lawyer??

Even after so many deliberations we are still at the starting point.Now I would like to what was that fabricated case,which has caused you so much of agony,financial and physical torture.In your city of Pune itself you will certainly come accross a perfect lawyer,and I presume he will deliver the goods.Please make effort to locate him in Pune.
