My wife and me had a problem and she left to her home , She asked me to accompany to an astrologer for consultation , which I refused. After consulting the astrologer , she is not answering my calls and her family is also doing the same. We got to know from her relatives that astrologer has asked her to separate. Will this hold in court of law for divorce... I have emails to prove my claims ... She is arrogant and behaving this way.. How to make her talk to me.. I want to be with her..

This cannot be a ground for divorce. Take the help of relatives or friends to make her talk with you and solve the issue. If still she do not give any response, then you can file an RCR in the court.

Can my wife apply for divorce on any other grounds , when I do not want a divorce..?? She is making false allegations against me and my family members.. We all are extremely disturbed by her attitude .. I got her a job in my company and now she has left to some foreign country without informing me...I checked with my lawyer , who says I can only apply for RCR when she is back... Is that so ?? how long should I wait indefinitely as I dont know when should would be back...
