Demolishing of sealed temporary cabin in stilt parking

Pl advise
MCD (Delhi) in the recent sealing drive sealed a temporary cabin (made for security guard) in the stilt parking area. No notice was ever pasted on the sealed cabin or was served on us before sealing.
Now we have removed the security guard.
Can we ourselves demolish the sealed cabin and what are the formalities to be completed by us if any.

Please advise in the light of following
Can it be termed Contempt of Court at some later date by MCD officials.
Normally a show cause notice is sent to owner to explain why the unauthorized construction should not be demolished.
Many a time the properties are sealed for violating the bylaws and decisions are taken in future, either to regularise on payment of conversion charges, if compoundable, else demolish the same,
Since it takes time to process such cases a deposit of Rs. 1.00 Lac is collected by MCD before the properties are desealed and regularised later.
Various properties including ours was sealed as per view taken by Supreme court.
IN our case regularisation is NOT required as we are not interested and demolition is to be carried out by ourselves.
Are we required to inform MCD of our intension before demolition or inform after demolition so as to enable MCD to make a note of it and update their records.

After demolition you inform MCD to make a note of it and update in its records.Already MCd is i9n the know of things/. So no prior intimation is necessary in my view.

Must follow the advice of Ms. kapoor, if you want to be put behind the bars even for unauthorised breaking seal, what to say of demolishing the sealed property.
Better apply for permission to the MCD stating clearly that you are willing to demolish the illegal construction at your own cost.
