Dear Sir,
I booked the flat in Vatika india next, gurgoan and paying the instalment as they request.

Last month I receipt the demand letter dated 30-May12 and due date for payment was 14-Jun12. I paid 6 lacs out of 7.5 lacs.
within 15 day latar I got the reminder letter which is state that failing to payment flat will cancel. I Paid 45% till date

My query is.
How we can be pay very short notice and if we did not pay they always theaten to cancel the Flat.

There is any Law or guidline for related to demand letter and timeing

read terms of agreement . builder can levy penal interest if you pay installments on time . basically to threaten you to make payment on time .
