Delhi land reform act 1954

(Querist) 26 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I have been declared Bhoomidhar under DLR act in 1988 after a long battle of litigation starting from 1964 till 1988 and now this order has attained finality.The village has been urbanized which means DLR act is not applicable.So what will be our status as a land owners and which law will govern the land.Thanks
