Delaying dv case

hi Respected Sir/Madam

This the fourth consecitive time that My Bhabi not came in the court also her lawyer.
we are surprised that why she is not coming.

I want to know is there is any stategy and if yes than how delay in DV going to help her.
she also put 498a Case,Still CS not filled for 498A.

If neither petitioner nor her lawyer is attending the court proceeding then the case would be dismissed for default.
So check with your lawyer whether any of them attended or not.
If not then apply for dismissal.
