sir

recently i am on 04.10.2014 after she an affair with other one i come now this so now asking me khula she has telling that i am not person of man(6)and mental so was case can be file against her if simply she will ask khula i will give it but unnecessary she is beaming in wrong words which very hurt to me i have SMS details which she has sent to her friend

On this basis alone defamation case cannot be filed. SUCH WORDS WILL HAVE TO BE MADE IN PUBLIC.

Avoiding such incidence would be more helpful. Case does not have much merits.
