Lokayukta -1. investigate and make recommendation to redress and rectify any injustice done to a person through maladministration
2. Investigate and make recommendation in complaint of allegations involving abuse of position and corruption against public servant.
land sale matters shall not come under consumer court jurisdiction.

Is Sub Registrar empowered to rescind illegal/fradulent documents or can he reject the claim of registration of documents in case of any defects in the dicuments and if so to indicate relevant section of the act
