Decree for possession

hi.

In my case decree for possession of property is being passed in my favor ie the landlord but still tenant has not contacted when he will be giving possession. In how many days can he appeal or i can file for execution and Execution will take how much time.

U have to wait for 30 days from the date decree n then go for execution

After waiting for 30 clear working days the time allowed for appeal, you may file EP for possession of property.
