Declaration of land category

(Querist) 13 March 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Once Revenue Authorities declares particular unit of land as a free land after some years can they say it is assigned land or govt land stating the declaration is earlier wrong by mistake or over sight . What is the support of law for such cases? please clarify
