Dear Ld Members

PIO of PS rejecting all the dairies through RTI.

Is there any code/procedure in CrPc to get all the diaries of PS -
Daily Diary
Police Dairy
Station Dairy and
General Dairy

Why do you require all diaries of police station and whether any particular period has been mentioned by you or not?

merely vague material/documents are not meant to be provided even under RTI Act though you may file an appeal as per provisions of RTI Act to First Appellate authority within stipulated time as there is no provision in Cr PC to obtain the copies of police diary.

i have asked for a period of 11 months right from the complaint[498a] till filing of charge sheet and getting the CCNo.
