Daughter's claim

can a married daughter claim for any money or house property from her father who is having crores of earned property bt doesnt want to give anything to her. Her father and brothers married her in a very low family forcibly. Only thing is her husband is govt servant class-3.

No she cannot claim if it is self acquired property and the father is alive
