CYBER LAW HACKING BLAME

Some one has to blamed that i have hack his email and exposed his desions against workers but its not true but he not proved that i have hack the email but the justice is not fair because there is a game planed by opposition What is the maximum punishment for haking of documents if court punished.i CONFIRM THAT JUSTIC IS NOT FAIR.

who ever furnish allegation, he must prove it, so after confirmation of evidence then only punished.

please state your facts properly.

allegations of Hacking are grave in nature and special investigation is done into it prior to taking any penal action against the accused.

follow the entire technical procedure to prove the fact that no hacking was done at your end.
