my husband replied of my petition and wrote that he wants me and ready to keep me. but he is not appearing in court to take me and his lawyer denied to opt for mediation center.
i want to know will he ask for divorce if he do not keep the words he wrote. i dont want divorce if settlement is done with certain matters discussed.... what i should do.. alimoney is not a major thing i demand the matter is to make him free from blindbeliefs and liberate him from bawa.. so next he should not ask me to go to bawa. so.
i dont want divorce what should i do???
if he is ready to take me i am ready to go.
but he is not coming in court.. he just filed the answer and it is pending??? what should i do..
does 125 means divorce??

125 crpc case does not means divorce. It means you have applied for divorce.
Talk to him m more and more and convince him futil of cases and divorce. Your case merits reunion.

Section 125 CrPC provides for "Order for maintenance of wives, children and parents." So far as wives are concerned, divorce or no divorce, that has no relevance with particular reference to this section. That denotes fulfillment of liability of the concerned person (not merely husbands) having sufficient means and is responsible for the maintenance of wife, children or may be his/her parents.
