A girl is threatening to my client that if he will not marry with him , then she will file criminal case against him. how can i save my client from this , give advice , because if she will file false complaint that would be converted in to F.I.R. , my client has done nothing wrong with her , but girl likes him and she want to marry with him at any cost. They are friends only.

Try to record the threatenings of the girl. That will be usefull in future.

Voice recording will help.
Lodge a Police compl that she is trying to lodge false FIR.
Thereafter issue notice to her. That u do not intend to marry, friends only.
