Good Evening
In a PCR case, FIR has been registered and the crime no had been given.
Now can we add other persons as accused 3 and 4 in the cause title, which was not mentioned before in the PCR Complaint
If so under what section of crpc, we can submit the other name before the Hon'ble court.

Is it going to be a new year gift to the other two persons the PCR case.Most of the PCR cases are false and gets acquitted only.If your intention is to harass some one with PCR please dont do that

Thanks to Adv MJ for his New Year Wishes. In PCR case or any case, upon investigation/inquiry by IO, if situation arises, more accused can be added and he FIR amended accordingly.

You could keep requesting to add additional names and prove the court it is a false case with malafide intentions.
