Costs---Clients pay, but Advocates gain , Is it right ????

(Querist) 03 October 2010 This query is : Resolved
Thanks Radheyji for raising a good question. But it is surprised to know that all our learned advocate brothers do not want to reply directly what was asked.

it was a ridiculous question and was aptly replied by the Ld. members.

its better for the visitors to ask queries related to their disputes, none of the lawyers here are bound to discuss professional skills with non lawyers.

primarily this portal is meant for lawyers to discuss the law and not the frivolous issues being raised by non lawyers. The advisory services being rendered by revered lawyers is more like a charity to the visitors as none of the esteemed lawyers are being paid.

Mind it.

I fully support Kiranji's vociferous reaction to such callous statements made by persons who feel occupied to criticize any system than to make any productive contributions. At a time even a cup of tea costs Rs.5/- even on the roadside, querists must feel privileged to gain and gather professional help from the best lawyers in the country in this elite LCI portal absolutely FREE OF COST.

Something silly is being asked here and admin also is not bothered about it. The purpose of the forum is not understood, it seems. Or else this forum may be renamed in a different way so as to allow such persons asking silly questions trying to be smart with legal fraternity.
Further to the knowledge of the querist, the costs paid by the clients are not much in comparison to the free advices and services taken by the clients every now and then asking such type of silly things, other than their court matters, whenever they visit advocates, before filing of the case, after filing of the case, at the time of trial and also after the case is decreed. Clients want everything for free and when some amount is received by an advocate then they feel cheated. Considering the work done for several years attending to court work in a single case, the costs awarded is a pittance only and that too, the clients are interested in taking it back. They don't have any hearts at all. Just thinking of blaming every now and then at every opportunity. It is our society which is giving free freedom of expression. I support the experts in this.

There are more than 75 thousand members on this site and about one lack visitors daily so difficult for adm to check.

Basically some short sighted clients raise issues about money and fees but they fail to understand that
the relations between an advocate is of trust and if they want results money is minor thing.

So experts should discourage such persons and on the hand should be pulled for raising such complaints.
