Correction in E-Filed Form 1A

Sir,
I have filed form 1A under MCA but due to mistake in Form No-1A, state has been mentioned at Uttrakhand instaed of Uttar Pradesh. The name applied for has been approved. We want the same name. Can any one help me to tell the procedure what we have to do so that state may be changed in Form 1A. pleas advise me what i have to do.

The practical solution to resolve your problem is to file a fresh Form 1A with the ROC - U.P, with the same name and promoters and attach a NOC letter along with the Form 1A under Optional attachment and submit the same.
