If a person just copy the music of any song then will he be liable for infringement?riven

under the copyright act implemented in India, mere copying for personal use does not attract infringement but if he uses it in public, he wiil be liable for infringement.riven

The copy right act permits anybody to make one personal copy for himself ( provided it should not be used for making profits or used in public).

In such cases there will be no infringement.riven
