I want to add surname in all documents from birth certificat

Hi team,
Just wanted to add a surname to all my documents feom birth certificate , 10nth,12th, mba docs,passport, etc.
Please help me with process and charges.
current name- vishavjit
wanted- vishavjit singh
reasone- having issues in applying many forms and visas.

get your name notified in gazette published by government of India, newspaper thereafter on the basis of gazettee apply for change of name

You can get your name changed as suggested. But your name in the certificates would remain as it is.

It will be a cumbersome to add surname and shall bring little satisfaction, better to continue with existing name.
If you still feel, Consult a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts/documents and guidance/proceeding.
