My friend's father written a registered will in favour of my friend. After the death of my friend's father how he may execute the will and make mutation of the hose in his name. His 3 sisters are not giving NOC and the house was self acquired by his father.

Your friend should file a petition for grant of PROBATE of the will. After getting the will probated in your friend's favour, he can get mutation of the said house.

moreover, the women also having equal rights in father's property, unless the will get it probated.

I agree with Lrd Friends !
Sisters are not giving consent for mutation in the name of son - it apears that the will Deed is being dipsuted by sisters - Therefore the Will Deed validity to be delcared in Court Proeeedigns.
