Conversion of public limited company into section 25 company

Dear Experts,

We have registered a Public Company Limited by Guarantee under Companies Act,1956.

The Director of the Company wishes to convert the Guarantee Company into Section.25 companies under the Companies Act,1956

Did you issued IPO/had you called any public money by any means?
If so you can't convert the same in Sec 25.
However if you have just got it registered then you can file the fresh permission to transfer the same under 25 by the ROC.
