sir,
i have 8000 sq ft agricultural land in uttar kannada district ,karnataka , now i want to start an industry in that place for that i have to convert the land
what are the procedure i will have to follow
how much legal fees i have to pay
how long it takes to convert the land

Legal fee is an issue which is best settled between you and your lawyer.

This requires land use conversion. Whether the same is allowed in your area, is something best told by lawyer in that particular area.
