Convence deed

Hi,
I have purchsed resale flat in Kharghar in 2011 and at that time i was not aware that convence deed has not taken place. And now I want to sale the flat.
CIDCO final order is with me but due to convence deed, society is not transferring share cert. in my name.
The process of convence deed in going on but it will take long time.
Kindly advise so that I can sell my flat at the earliest.

you cant sell the flat now . first flat has to be transferred in your name by society . then you have to wait for one year . then only sell the flat
