contest and non contest matter

it is heard in challan cases of traffic magistrate that some cases are contest case and some are non contest cases , can anyone provide a list of contest and non contest matters in motor vehicle cases.

u can contest any such case of traffic challan where u feel that u ve been challaned illegally.

no specific list otherwise to enumerate the challanable cases or on challanable ones.

You may contest any challan case under MVAct by challenging the challan otherwise you confess it and pay the penality then it will be non contest case.
