As per u/s 3 of the C.P.ACT,1986, it is the additional remedy & not BAR OF ANY OTHER Law. It is a Special Act. Whether any other Special Act can overrides Consumer Protection Act,1986?? If yes, provide some APEX COURT citations.

It is not the question of any citation but rather a matter of understanding jurisprudence of interpretation of any statute with reference to other.

As this Act by its non obstinate clause overrides the effect of earlier enactment,
if any other Act is enacted to override it
by a non obstinate clause then same could be quite possible and well with in competence of the legislature.
