Dear Members,
I seek ur help in initiating a consumer case in delhi, the opposite party (OP) is in Chennai and has only collected the goods from Delhi;OP being clearing and forwarding agent has no branch in Delhi.

Can i file case in delhi?

Please guide me!

hi

you can file a compliant against the OP as the cause of action has taken place in the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court as per section 11 (c) of the Consumer protection Act, 1986.
