A consumer complaint has been filed in DCRF.The respondent has furnished written statement in 44 pages and 16 annexures. On receipt, the complainant has found that the mainline documents say (R 8 to 16 ) are clearly forged and respondent story in 44 pages is completely based on those forged documents.
Since the respondent happens to be influential institution both politically and financially. While making complaint the complainant never thought that respondent can stoop to such lower activities. However, now If the complainant simply rebutted the WS in next hearing,it is certain,DCRF will refer to any hand writing expert and in that case it is also certain the report of expert can go favoring OP. Main complaint also revolve around those 'documents'
Under the circumstances, what should complainant choose. Leave the complaint for any wrath of resp (with imposed penalty if any) or fight as a loser?
Please advice as comp.appears in person w/o any adv

You can also file a criminal complaint for forgery with police on basis of such documents & seek investigation. With access to forensics, they would be more competent to verify genuinity.

File proofs of forgery and prove your complaint.
